Tarot Tower detail on Guest level

The entire first floor of the Tarot Tower is occupied with the Hall of Innocence, Relic Room, Hall of Knights and the Empress Tea Room. However, above that, are the Guest quarters.

The hallway between the Greathall and Tarot Tower contains a sweeping stairway up to the Guest area. Because the central core of the Tower is sealed off, the corridor makes a complete circle with subsequent hallways (spokes) leading out of the Tower onto the more than ample Balcony. To the east, the Balcony overlooks the cliffside and the churning sea but there is no access here because of the treacherous incline. To the west there is a stairway from the Balcony down to the Terrace below, leading to the Glade and gardens.

In between each of the spokes of the wheel are several Guest chambers. Oddly, there is no defined number of them. Only Maxwell knows the real secret to this and how accomodations are created, changed or disappear altogether. As one might guess, he says very little about it.
