Good Stock is so very difficult to come by. A fresh brew can be tasty but so much more smooth and sweet, over time. Of course there is much training involved. The care and tending required to bring up a novice into a sub who can serve skillfully... Ah, this is the crux of it.

While we do have an excellent wine cellar, this one houses our personal Stock, including caitlin and sarah. We have more than a few extra accommodations as well, holding cells for temporary Stock. The rooms are sparce but sufficient. After all, we give them what they need, do we not? We are often asked to house Stock for others though in exchange, we are permitted use of them as wished. They are kept clean and reasonably fed. While the cells are a bit rustic, they are sometimes preferred for working with the subs. However, if it is wished, Maxwell is happy to fetch from the Cellar up to the Great Hall of the Citadel or to a specific room, by request.
