Stock housed in our Cellar is permanently marked. While for ordinary situations, the Rings are used, there have been occasions where branding was necessary. There is a Ceremony of Marking upon the decision to keep the Stock. This would take place in the Empress Tea Room, as with all such ceremonies. The Marking is a small ring pierced through a pinch of flesh at the navel. From this ring hangs a slightly larger pair of interlocked rings, symbolizing the double moons. It is, in effect, our seal of approval and acceptance into true and honored service.



Those who are officially collared and entered into elevated service of Double Moon Castle are presented with a collar Jewel. Again, there is a Jeweling Ceremony in the Tea Room. This is the highest honor that may be bestowed upon a property who then becomes more than that. Jeweled Stock has earned much special attention and care. Their accomodations, though still in the Cellar, are larger, more refined and our Jewels are permitted personal items of their choosing. These are often trusted to serve guests in a variety of special ways and to assist Maxwell in Castle duties.
